Yes, we deliver all across the United States through reliable courier services.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days and delivered within 5–7 business days depending on your city in the United States.
How can I track my delivery?
You’ll receive a tracking link by email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Email us at narabeautyinc@gmail.com within 7 days with your order number and reason for return. Due to hygiene and cleanliness we do not accept returns unless the items are defective.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photos of the damaged item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Are return shipping costs covered?
If the product is damaged or incorrect, we will cover return shipping. For other reasons, the customer is responsible for return postage.
